What:  Chili Cooking Class
Christene and Anthony will cover the cooking of competition Texas-style (CASI) chili, “Family Style” red chili, chili verde (green chili), and even white chili!  Along with the discussion and demonstration of chili cooking, there will also be sampling of Christene and Anthony’s award winning red chili and green chili.
